Our rotisserie chicken normally provides 4 servings. Where else can you find a hot, ready-to-eat, center-of-the-plate entrée for $1.25 per person? 

When we first created the delicious flavor profiles for our rotisserie chickens, we wanted to make a statement. We wanted our chickens to be the best in town. I’m proud to say this became a reality.

Why are we constantly slathering chicken breasts with marinade? The most common answer is to enhance flavor and tenderness. Chances are, only one of the two take place; not both. But which of these are more important and why?

To answer this, you really need to know where we, as a chicken loving society, have come from. Over the past 10 years, you may have noticed at weddings that guests who were pleased with the food almost always said, “The chicken was so moist”. Why is this phrase so common? Was “DCS” (dry chicken syndrome) more common decades prior? Absolutely. So what happened? Marinades happened, but not for flavor.

Hey everyone… Michael Cuddyer here for Lunds and Byerly’s! I’m back out on the field which means not only the baseball season has begun, but grilling season has finally arrived!

Lunds and Byerly’s asked me to contribute to their new blog and share some of my favorite grilling tips with you. I told them I’d give it a shot…so here I go!

My wife Claudia and I like to grill as much as my schedule allows, and like most people, we’ve tried lots of things over the years. One of our favorite quick and healthy things to grill is chicken. It is easy to grill and only takes a few minute per side before it is ready. Anytime you grill chicken, there are a few things you can do that will make the cooking easier.
