If you’re a true Minnesotan you’ve probably eaten something on a stick in your lifetime.
(likely during those 10 days leading up to Labor Day each year, right?)
So I know you will not be taken aback by our newest item in our Pastry Cases. Cake Pops are the latest trend in the sweet dessert arena. Small golf-ball sized balls of moist cake mixed with ganache dipped in chocolate, decorated and served on a stick.
We’ve had a couple companies send us their version of cake pops and they were dry and crumbly and tasteless. I knew our own Pastry Chefs could do better. And sure enough, they rose to the challenge and came up with some of the most scrumptious bite-sized desserts. Totally worth the calories on this!
These are the cutest, most fun dessert you’ve ever tried. They are so perfect for wedding or baby showers, wedding dessert tables, neighborhood get-togethers, or even just an after-dinner treat. Imagine these decorated in pink and baby blue and stuck into a styrofoam mold at the end of the buffet table – it’s decorative and delicious!
They’re portable, easy to serve, great for kids and adults. No extra silverware needed!
You’ve got to try one of these the next time you’re in.
What’s your “go-to” dessert that’s cute and delicious?
