Proud to be an ‘Official Living Green Grocer’ at the Living Green Expo

This year, a select group of retailers have band together to support a very important local and sustainable event called the Living Green Expo. We call ourselves the “Official Living Green Grocers” - we’re your Minnesota-born neighborhood grocers and co-ops .Our mission is to help you love organic and local food as much as we do simply because it’s the yummiest way to go green.
The Living Green Expo offers easy tips on how to live green, dress green, play green and of course, eat green. Don’t worry, you won’t come out of the Expo sporting a shade of green, but you will come out knowing how to live more green, more sustainably and with fun and flair.
From the clothes we wear, to the cars we drive and everything in-between, the Living Green Expo offers education on sustainable products we all use. There’s great food, wonderful workshops and events for families. There’s even a bike fashion show and rodeo!
My favorite part of the event is the Celebrity Chef Stage where local restaurant and retail chefs inspire you with gourmet recipes that will knock your organic socks off! Lunds and Byerly’s chefs will be a part of the Celebrity Chef Stage, demonstrating how to prepare delicious and inspiring dishes. Come to the Living Green Expo May 5 - 6 to meet your Living Green Grocers and learn more. We hope to see you there!
