The story behind our sustainable shrimp

Our sustainable shrimp come exclusively from two sustainable farms audited by the Global Aquaculture Alliance (GAA) to achieve Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) certification. This ensures the methods used to produce and harvest the shrimp follow GAA’s strict principles of sustainability – environmental and social responsibility, animal welfare, food safety and traceability.

Simply put, our sustainable shrimp are raised on farms that do not use any chemicals or antibiotics in the feed or ponds. These farms also utilize a fully integrated system that filters the water back into the ponds while recycling the sediment into fertilizer. That’s good for the shrimp and good for the environment!

Our sustainable shrimp have all the wonderful flavor and freshness you’ve come to expect from our premium products. The shrimp come in a variety of sizes to meet all your culinary needs.
