One of my favorite desserts in our bakery, Tiramisu for Two, is featured now through February 14 for just $5.99. You can feel good about this purchase because we partner every year with Children’s HeartLink, an instrumental program in helping health care centers around the world strengthen their ability to diagnose and treat congenital heart disease in children. All Tiramisu for Two proceeds (up to $10,000) go directly to Children’s HeartLink. It helps make everyone’s heart feel good, quite literally.
So what makes this dessert so special? Our chef-crafted Tiramisu for Two is handmade by each of our talented pastry chefs right in our bakeries. It’s bursting with flavor - rich rum and kahlua, sweet fresh Mascarpone cheese, espresso and our signature vanilla sponge cake layered in a 12 oz bowl and topped with a sweet chocolate dipped lady finger. It’s perfect to share with your sweetie, although to be honest, it’s so delicious I have a tough time sharing. Your heart and your taste buds will feel good after enjoying this treat!
We have a whole host of other tiramisu treats in our bakery when your sweet tooth needs a little more to savor. If you’re serving a large group, be sure to try our tiramisu shortcake (serves about six). It’s a perfect fit for entertaining and easy to serve.
