Our pastry chefs are specially trained in a unique and rigorous pastry apprentice program exclusive to Lunds and Byerly’s. Several of our stores have master pastry chefs, which requires even more extensive training and certification.

This expertise allows us to offer many hand-crafted pastries produced fresh in-store using our own signature recipes. Our garnishes and accents are both unique and creative, which make our European pastries the centerpiece of any important event.
