Antipasti Platter
Ingredients
- 1 pound assorted Italian meats (salami, prosciutto, speck, ham)
- 1 pound assorted Italian cheeses (Fontina, Parmesan, Asiago, Mozzarella)
- ½ pound assorted olives (available at deli olive bar)
- 1 pound assorted olive bar vegetables (onions, artichokes, tomatoes)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Grissini and baguette slices
Directions
Arrange meats, cheeses, olives and vegetables on large serving platter.
Drizzle olive oil over antipasti.
Serve with grissini and baguette slices.
