Antipasti Platter


Ingredients
  • 1 pound assorted Italian meats (salami, prosciutto, speck, ham)
  • 1 pound assorted Italian cheeses (Fontina, Parmesan, Asiago, Mozzarella)
  • ½ pound assorted olives (available at deli olive bar)
  • 1 pound assorted olive bar vegetables (onions, artichokes, tomatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Grissini and baguette slices
Directions
Arrange meats, cheeses, olives and vegetables on large serving platter.

Drizzle olive oil over antipasti.

Serve with grissini and baguette slices.

Amount: 12-16 servings
