Bacon Chipotle Dip
Ingredients
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 3 teaspoons Urban Accents™ Mesa Rosa Chipotle seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 12 ounces Nueske's bacon, diced, cooked, drained
- 1 medium avocado, peeled, pit removed, chopped
- 1 cup seeded, chopped tomato, (about 1 medium tomato)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro, or parsley
- tortilla chips
Directions
In mixing bowl combine sour cream, chipotle seasoning, salt and cayenne.
Gently stir in bacon, avocado, tomatoes and green onions.
Sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips.
