OFFICIAL RULES. These are the official rules (“Official Rules”) of the Tropicana® Fresh New You Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”)

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. No purchase is necessary; void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
2. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal U.S. Residents of Minnesota and Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry. Void elsewhere. Employees of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. and Lund Food Holdings, Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and, and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouse) of each are not eligible to win.
   
3. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS.
4. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Daylight Savings Time (“CDST”) on January 4, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CDST on January 31, 2012.
5. Internet Entry. Eligible participants must enter the Sweepstakes online, at www.tropicanafresh.com/sweepstakes/newyou.aspx (Site) between the dates of January 4, 2012 and January 31, 2012 (Promotional Period) to enter. To be considered a valid internet entry submission, eligible participants must complete the official online entry form located at the Site and submit the required information by January 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. CDST. The Site clock will be the official time keeper of the Sweepstakes, and Sponsor shall determine whether any and all submissions were received in accordance with these Official Rules. Eligible participants must provide correct information in all required fields (first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and e-mail address), and acknowledge that they are at least 18 years of age and have read and agree to the Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
6. Mail-in Entry. Print your first name, last name, address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, phone number, and e-mail, on a 3x5 postcard and mail to: Tropicana Fresh New You Sweepstakes Entry, c/o C.H. Robinson Company, P.O. Box 9121, Minneapolis, MN 55480. Illegible entries and entries with P.O. boxes are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, mutilated, postage due, or entries not received in time for drawing. All mail-in entries must be post marked no later than January 31, 2012.
7. Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, illegible, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software or any combination thereof or for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, or mutilated entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor will not accept forged, altered, mechanically reproduced, or facsimile entries. Submissions that are incomplete or non-compliant with these Official Rules will not be accepted and shall be considered void. Submissions may not be made through any automated system entry generation method; all such submissions shall be considered void.
   
8. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Sweepstakes entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner. Where necessary, the winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within five (5) business days of attempted notification or the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
9. PRIZE WINNERS ARE IDENTIFIED THROUGH A RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS. The one (1) grand prize winner and the five (5) second prize winners will be drawn from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, such drawing completed by Sponsor’s computerized system. Non-winning entries received during will be discarded. Winners will be notified by phone or email, as provided in the entry form online.
10. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES. There is one (1) Grand Prize and five (5) second prizes; there are no other prizes. The grand prize consists of one (1) Overnight stay at The Hotel Ivy in Minneapolis, MN and a 50 minute spa treatment; the five (5) second prizes consists of “citrus for a year” prizes. Winners of the “citrus for a year” prize will receive fifty-two (52) five dollar ($5) coupons good for Tropicana® Fresh products, one coupon per week through January 31, 2013. The approximate retail value of the grand prize is $350; the approximate retail value of one (1) second prize is $260. The total approximate retail value of all prizes given away in the Sweepstakes is $1650. Winners are responsible for reporting and payment of all federal, state, and local taxes incurred by the acceptance of the prize. Each coupon making up a second prize “citrus for a year” prize must be used within the period stated on each coupon; coupons, upon expiration, have no commercial value, and any unused portion will be lost. No extensions will be granted. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. No liability is assumed for illegible or incomplete entry information or for technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. If, in the Sponsor’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or an unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond its control affects the proper administration, play or conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to (a) suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes in part or its entirety; (b) void any suspected entries, and/or (c) conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all the entries received prior to suspension or cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or any materials associated with the administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of the prizes. The winners, by accepting their prizes, agree on behalf of his/herself, his/her heirs, executors, representatives, assigns, administrators and next of kin to release each Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated businesses and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives and any other person or entity associated with this Sweepstakes from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damage or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use of the prize. The Sponsor expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of any prize awarded.
12. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates agents, and licensors harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or redemption of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prize. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the State of Minnesota, Hennepin County. Each participant agrees that: any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees. By participating, each participant acknowledges and agrees that under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
13. PERSONAL INFORMATION. The personal information collected through the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at http://www.chrobinson.com/en/us/Privacy-Policy/default.aspx. By entering the Sweepstakes, participant agrees to the use of your personal information as described in these Official Rules and in the above Privacy Policy.
14. RULES/WINNERS' LIST REQUESTS. To obtain a copy of these Official Rules or for notification of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Tropicana® Fresh New You Sweepstakes Official Rules/Winners List Request, 14701 Charlson Road, Suite 900, Eden Prairie, MN 55347. Requests for winners' lists must be received within three months after the end of the Promotional Period.
