Patriotic treats you can't resist

One of our most popular items that isn’t talked about nearly enough is our Patriotic Pie. This will be the perfect addition to any holiday party you have this summer!

The flakey pie crust holds a delicious and sweet cream cheese filling. It’s smooth, chilled and a perfect base for my favorite part….the fresh fruit!

Strawberries are in season now and they’re so juicy! Our pastry chefs choose the best, biggest looking strawberries, then carefully clean and remove their stems. They place them on the cream cheese filling and work their way up to build a mountain of strawberries. That’s right, I said a mountain!

Blueberries are then selected and placed in the middle of the mountain and some trickle over the sides. Strawberry gel holds everything together and fresh whipped cream tops off the scrumptious summer pie. Is your mouth watering yet?

This is my absolute favorite summer pie – it’s cool and refreshing on a hot summer day. When the berries are in season in the spring and summer, you can’t beat the flavor rush! I like that it’s a simple dessert that doesn’t overwhelm the delicious meal you just had. The berries to speak for themselves.

Our Patriotic Pie goes perfectly with your holiday bbq and offers a fun, colorful way to enjoy summer.

Look for other patriotic products in our bakeries, like cookies, brownie bites and red, white and blue M&M cookies! We’ve got plenty of sweet treats to enjoy a little heat.
