Save the Date for the Eighth Annual Vintner Ball

Posted by Rob Zeaske, CEO, Second Harvest Heartland
Monday, February 4, 2013

Throughout the year, Second Harvest Heartland relies on the generosity and commitment of many groups and individuals to help transform the hunger relief system and provide more food for our neighbors in need. The Vintner Ball is an example of how people in our community come together to meaningfully improve the lives of those that rely on us for help.

The Vintner Ball is a world-class, charitable wine tasting event, complete with gourmet hors d’oeuvres, desserts, wine seminars and a silent auction. Wines are carefully selected by Bill Belkin, Lunds and Byerly’s wines and spirits category manager, and each year approximately 125 different world class wines are available for tasting. All funds raised during the evening go to a great cause—helping people get the food they need.

We are honored, once again, to partner with the Vintner Ball hosts and guests who share our commitment to ensuring everyone in our community has enough to eat. You can join us in the fight against hunger at this year’s event on March 2, 2013, at the Westin Edina Galleria.

Together, all of us can play a crucial part in relieving hunger. Please join us in our work to ensure that our hungry neighbors receive a bridge of support during tough times. You can RSVP for the Vintner Ball here for easy registration or purchase tickets at the door the night of the event.
