Take a Cooking Class with Us

We have some of the best cooking classes in town! Taught by our own talented employees, local cookbook authors and chefs, our monthly schedule can include classes ranging from a Spanish Paella Party or International Street Food, to learning to cook gluten-free or with less sodium. Our Everyday Expertise Cooking School offers a casual, fun approach to learning about food. Join me as I recently stopped by a cooking class with camera in hand.

Cheese Specialists Jenny and Alicia share their passion and expertise at our” Summer Deck Party” class featuring recipes with fabulous cheeses. Take a glance into the overheard mirror to see the lineup of foods ready to prepare and enjoy.

Brochettes of Melon, Prosciutto and Trugole are set to sample to guests. These colorful skewers take the traditional prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe to the next level.

Grilled Turkey and Gouda Sandwiches have been assembled and are ready to grill to a delectable crispness and then devour. Beemster Gouda, Kentucky bourbon grilling sauce and apple smoked bacon are the secrets to this tasty sandwich.

Our Wine & Spirits Manager Jason gets ready for sampling noteworthy wines. It looks like there will be “several” wine tastings included!

Byerly’s St. Louis Park is home to our Everyday Expertise cooking school; however, we often hold classes at other store locations too. For more information and to sign up for a class on line, click here or register by phone at 952-253-3409.
