Creamy and smooth, the tangy and distinct flavor of goat's milk is enhanced by the wild dill, but still less tart than 100% goat's milk cheeses. It's wonderful as a spread on bagels, sandwiches, crackers or flatbreads, as a dip with vegetables or artisan bread, as a topping on salads or stirring into white sauces for extra flavor and texture.
