Directions
- Place unwrapped cornbread on a baking sheet and scoop out the middle of each loaf (save the scraps for munching on later).
- Add cooked L&B chili (or your own chili recipe!) to your cornbread “bowls,” top with your favorite shredded cheese and broil for 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
- Serve with additional toppings, if desired.
