Ingredients
2 lime slices
1 ounce gin
2 ounces tonic water
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: plastic cups
Ice pop sticks
Directions
  1. Place two lime slices in each ice pop mold.
  2. For each ice pop, mix together gin, tonic and lime juice.
  3. Pour into 5 oz. cups, leaving about an inch of space at the top of each cup. 
  4. Freeze for 3 hours until slushy; add popsicle sticks, then return to the freezer and freeze overnight. 
  5. Remove pops from cups. Enjoy immediately.
