Gin & Tonic Ice Pops

2 lime slices
1 ounce gin
2 ounces tonic water
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: plastic cups
Ice pop sticks
Directions
- Place two lime slices in each ice pop mold.
- For each ice pop, mix together gin, tonic and lime juice.
- Pour into 5 oz. cups, leaving about an inch of space at the top of each cup.
- Freeze for 3 hours until slushy; add popsicle sticks, then return to the freezer and freeze overnight.
- Remove pops from cups. Enjoy immediately.
