1 pound ground turkey
3 tablespoons unseasoned breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
L&B Honey Ginger Teriyaki Grilling Sauce, for basting
4 thin slices Pineapple
romaine lettuce leaves
whole-grain hamburger buns, toasted
Directions
  1. Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs and onion.
  2. Form 4 burger patties; brush both sides of patties with L&B Honey Ginger Teriyaki Grilling Sauce. Grill until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
  3. Cut pineapple into 1-inch rings. Baste pineapple slices with L&B Honey Ginger Teriyaki Grilling Sauce. Grill pineapple slices until grill marks appear, 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Place burgers and pineapple on whole-grain buns, along with the lettuce. Serve with additional L&B Honey Ginger Teriyaki Grilling Sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
