Skinless salmon fillets
Red bell pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
Zucchini, cut into chunks
L&B Fresh Pineapple Chunks
Red onion, cut into chunks
L&B Honey Ginger Teriyaki Grilling Sauce
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Metal or bamboo skewers
Directions
  1. Heat grill to medium-high. 
  2. Meanwhile, soak bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes so they don’t burn on the grill. 
  3. Slice skinless salmon fillets into chunks and arrange on a skewer, along with the chunks of red bell pepper, zucchini, pineapple and red onion. Brush with L&B Honey Ginger Teriyaki Grilling Sauce. 
  4. Grill kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce one more time, until salmon cooks through.
