Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
5 nectarines

Fresh thyme
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Bamboo skewers
Directions
  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Soak the skewers in water for 20 minutes. 
  3. Cut the chicken into 2-inch pieces.
  4. Pit and cut the nectarines into quarters. 
  5. Place the chicken and nectarines on separate skewers. Brush each with honey butter and sprinkle with fresh thyme. 
  6. For the nectarines, grilled over direct medium heat for 5 minutes. 
  7. For the chicken, grill over direct medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning 2-3 times until the meat registers an internal temperature of 165 F. 
  8. Serve immediately.
