Cantaloupe Mozzarella Caprese Salad

Cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
Fresh mozzarella balls
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Fresh basil leaves
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Using a tablespoon and a teaspoon and/or a melon baller, make melon balls of two different sizes from a peeled and seeded cantaloupe. Then, on a platter or in a bowl, combine the melon balls with fresh mozzarella balls or cubes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with sliced basil, salt and pepper for the perfect finishing touch.
TIME-SAVING TIP: Use cut cantaloupe chunks instead of making melon balls.
