L&B Small Tail-Off Cooked Shrimp 150-200 CT, chopped
Celery, chopped
Red Onion, chopped
Mayonnaise
Plain Greek yogurt
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Fresh chives, chopped
Directions
- Mix together chopped shrimp, celery and red onion with equal parts mayonnaise and plain Greek yogurt, adjusting the amounts to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place on slices of cucumber and garnish with chopped chives.
TIP: Substitute L&B Shrimp Seasoning for salt and pepper, if desired.
