4 ounces Milton Creamery 4 Alarm Cheddar Cheese, crumbled
4 ounces LaClare Family Creamery Original Goat Cheese
4 ounces Rembrandt 12-Month Aged Gouda Cheese, thinly sliced
2 ounces Grand Noir Blue Cheese
4 ounces Veroni Prosciutto Italiano slices
2 ½ ounces Short Creek Farm Classic Dry Salami, thinly sliced
2 ½ ounces Fra'Mani Sliced Italian Dry Salame

FOR THE PAIRINGS: 1 black plum, thinly sliced
1 Bosc pear, thinly sliced
10 vine-on cherry tomatoes
¼ cup L&B Raw Pepitas
¼ cup marinated baby beets
¼ cup blackberries
¼ cup roasted garlic cloves, from olive bar
¼ cup roasted tomatoes, from olive bar
¼ cup dry-cured black olives
1 tablespoon L&B Pear Jalapeño Pepper Jam
1 - 1.8-ounce L&B Amber Honey jar
L&B fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
1 bar Choco Lake Kunafa Pistachio Dubai Milk Chocolate Bar, broken into pieces
6 L&B Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels
Directions
- Select a large serving tray and 2 to 3 spooky decorations. Pick a few small plates and bowls, if desired, or place all charcuterie items directly onto the serving tray.
- Select the cheese; 3 to 5 cheeses is ideal. The goal is to have a variety of hard and soft cheeses with various Halloween-themed colors like orange, white and black. Slice, cube or crumble cheeses and evenly space them around the tray.
- Select the charcuterie. Fold and fan the meats to create ribbons and arrange them between the cheeses.
- Place the pickled vegetables, small bowl of jam, and honey jar in the spaces between the cheese and charcuterie.
- Fill in the gaps with groupings of vegetables, sliced fruit, berries and candy, separating like colors for visual interest.
