  2. Lay bacon on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until crisp. For plant-based bacon, prepare according to package directions.
  3. Pat bacon dry with a paper towel.
  4. Toast the bread slices.
  5. TO ASSEMBLE THE BLT BAR: Use a large wooden board and serving platters and/or plates. Gather cheese/condiment spreaders and knives, small spoons, and small plates and/or bowls for items such as condiments. Gather all the ingredients, Lay out the board in your own eye-appealing design.
