These simple beef sandwiches are a wonderful way to use up leftover beef roasts and steaks.

Leftover beef roast or steak
L&B Grapeseed Oil
Bread of choice
Baby arugula
SUGGESTED CONDIMENTS: L&B Horseradish Mustard
L&B Horseradish Sauce
Directions
  1. Cut your leftover roast or steak into thin slices. 
  2. Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Add oil to coat.
  3. Add beef slices; cook just until warmed through. 
  4. Toast your favorite bun, roll, baguette or sandwich bread and layer with beef slices, arugula and L&B Horseradish Mustard or L&B Horseradish Sauce.

TIP: Add additional toppings such as caramelized, fried or raw onion, pickles and cheese, if desired.
