
Brazilian Lemonade
When life hands us limes, we make Brazilian Lemonade! With four simple ingredients and a lot of bright flavor, this lemonade, also referred to as Limonada suÃça, is a smooth operator from the very first sip. It’s quick and easy to prepare for a crowd-pleasing, cool refreshment on a hot summer day.

7 limes, halved and then quartered
7 cups water
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup white rum, (optional)
Ice, for serving
Directions
- In a blender, combine the limes, water, sweetened condensed milk and rum, if using.
- Blend on high speed for 15 seconds, or until the limes are puréed and the drink is frothy.
- Using a fine-mesh strainer, carefully strain the lemonade into a large pitcher. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve and for up to 1 day.
- Serve the Brazilian Lemonade over ice. Enjoy!
