There’s nothing quite like the traditional caprese salad combo of tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. And we took it to the next level and turned it into garlic bread.

Butter
Garlic, minced
Fresh mozzarella cheese slices
Tomato slices
Fresh basil
Balsamic glaze
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 F.
- Slice the Ciabatta bread.
- Top with butter, minced garlic, mozzarella and slices of tomato.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until browned.
- Add fresh basil, balsamic glaze and salt and pepper to taste.
