Tomato slices
2 cheese slices of choice
2 bacon slices, cooked
Avocado slices
Directions
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Butter the outside of the bread slices.
- Layer tomato slices, cheese slices, bacon slices and avocado slices between the bread.
- Over direct heat, grill sandwiches for 1-2 minutes per side. Move sandwich to indirect heat, cover; continue to grill until cheese melts and bread crisps, 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
