This simple dessert is such a treat! If you don’t have a grill, you can cook the pineapple on a grill pan or a panini press.

Ingredients
L&B Fresh Peeled & Cored Pineapple, cut into rings and then sliced in half
Coconut oil
Vanilla ice cream
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: Cinnamon
Caramel ice cream topping
Fudge ice cream topping
Sea salt
Directions
  1. Coat slices of pineapple with coconut oil. 
  2. Place them on the grill or grill pan and cook for 4-6 minutes per side. Remove from heat. 
  3. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 
  4. Top with additional toppings, if desired.
