2 pieces L&B Tandoori Naan
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 ripe peaches, cut into slices
4 slices Serrano or prosciutto ham
2 tablespoons Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
2 tablespoons basil, sliced thinly
Handful of arugula, for serving
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375 F.
  2. Brush each piece of naan with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.
  3. Top with sliced peaches, ham and Gorgonzola.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil and arugula.
