Ingredients
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup all-purpose flour
SUGGESTED SAUCES: Marinara pasta sauce
Creamy cheese pasta sauce
Alfredo pasta sauce
Bolognese, ragù or hearty meat pasta sauce
Pesto sauce
Garlic & herb oil
Directions
  1. Knead together the refrigerated mashed potatoes with the flour, adding more flour if necessary to achieve a non-sticky dough.
  2. Once the dough is formed, cut into sections and roll each section into a rope. To form the gnocchi, simply cut the rope into pieces.
  3. To cook the gnocchi, boil a pan of water and add salt. Once boiling, add the gnocchi and cook until they float. Finish with your favorite sauces and toppings.

SAUCE SUGGESTIONS: Marinara, Bolognese/Ragù/Hearty Meat, Basil Pesto, Creamy Mushroom or Cheese, Pesto, Brown Butter & Sage or a simple Garlic, Olive Oil & Fresh Herb.
