Lemonade Mint Julep Mocktails

1 cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup white granulated sugar
1 - 12 ounce can sparkling water
½ cup water
Lemon slices
Mint leaves
Ice, to taste
Directions
- In a large pitcher, mix lemon juice, sugar, waters and lemon slices until sugar completely dissolves.
- Pour in the sparkling water. Mash the mint leaves into the pitcher to bruise the mint a bit - this helps release its flavor
- Add desired amount of ice to 2 drinking glasses. Divide the lemonade between the 2 glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Enjoy!

Directions
