Ingredients
4 cups sliced, unpeeled apples
1 cup peeedl and cubed sweet potatoes or butternut squash
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
â…› teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 pork chops, fat trimmed
1 cup milk
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Spread apples and sweet potatoes on bottom of 13×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Dip chops in milk, then dredge in the sugar mixture. Place on top of apples and potatoes. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until potatoes soften and pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 F.
