Ingredients
6 tablespoons L&B Garlic Parmesan Finishing Butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 - 16-ounce package L&B Jumbo Peeled & Deveined Raw Shrimp Tail On 26-30 CT, thawed
1/4 cup dry vermouth or white wine
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
Sea salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
Cooked rice or pasta noodles, for serving
Shredded Parmesan cheese, for serving
Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp, vermouth, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook until shrimp turn pink and are no longer opaque, about 1-2 minutes per side. Do not overcook.
  5. Sprinkle parsley over shrimp.
  6. Serve over cooked noodles or rice. Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and fresh lemon wedges.

TIP: Serve with hunks of crusty bread to soak up all the mouthwatering sauce.
