- Cut the ends off a whole watermelon.
- Then, standing it on one end, slice the green rind off so you’re left with just the center of the watermelon.
- Pat your melon dry with a paper towel, then cover the whole thing with a layer of Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with L&B Granola and top with fresh berries.
