Ingredients
Cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
Fresh mozzarella balls
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Fresh basil leaves
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Using a tablespoon and a teaspoon and/or a melon baller, make melon balls of two different sizes from a peeled and seeded cantaloupe. Then, on a platter or in a bowl, combine the melon balls with fresh mozzarella balls or cubes. 
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with sliced basil, salt and pepper for the perfect finishing touch.

TIME-SAVING TIP: Use cut cantaloupe chunks instead of making melon balls.
