Ingredients
4 ears of corn
SOUR CREAM AND CHIVES: 1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons chives, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
HERBED HONEY BUTTER: 1/4 cup honey butter, softened
1 tablespoons minced herbs: such as thyme, basil and/or parsley
fresh basil
fresh parsely
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
MEXICAN STREET CORN: 1/4 cup mayonnaise
zest and juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons crumbled cotija cheese
Directions

SOUR CREAM AND CHIVES

 

For 4 ears of corn:

  1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, chives, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread mixture on each ear. Enjoy!

HERBED HONEY BUTTER

 

For 4 ears of corn:

  1. In a small bowl, combine honey butter, fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread mixture on each ear. Enjoy!

 

MEXICAN STREET CORN

 

For 4 ears of corn:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and the lime zest and juice.
  2. In a separate bowl, add combine chili powder and cayenne pepper.
  3. Brush each ear with the lime-mayo mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture over each ear.
  5. Sprinkle each ear with about 1 tablespoons crumbled cotija cheese (or Parmesan). Enjoy!
