Feta cheese block
Pitted Kalamata olives
Greek vinaigrette
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Bamboo skewers or large toothpicks
Directions
- Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise then cut think chunks. Cut the feta cheese into large pieces.
- Thread all the ingredients on skewers.
- Drizzle with the Greek vinaigrette dressing.
TIP: Add a pepperoncini pepper to each skewer for some extra zip.
