Fresh peaches, pitted
Olive or other cooking oil

- Soak toothpicks or skewers in water for 10 minutes.
- Heat your grill to low heat.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around each peach wedge and secure with a toothpick. Brush wedges with olive oil.
- Grill wedges for 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
