Toothpicks or small bamboo skewers
Bacon
Fresh peaches, pitted
Olive or other cooking oil
Directions
  1. Soak toothpicks or skewers in water for 10 minutes. 
  2. Heat your grill to low heat. 
  3. Wrap a slice of bacon around each peach wedge and secure with a toothpick. Brush wedges with olive oil. 
  4. Grill wedges for 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
