Party Nachos on the Grill

Cooking Spray
L&B Tortilla Chips
Black, pinto or refried beans
Chopped red onion
Shredded Mexican blend cheese
TOPPING SUGGESTIONS: Cotija cheese, crumbled
Chopped fresh cilantro
Chopped tomatoes
Diced avocado
Shredded lettuce
Sliced black olives
Sour Cream, plain yogurt or Mexican Crema
Pico de gallo
Salsa
Guacamole
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Large disposable foil baking pan or heavy duty aluminum foil
Directions
- Heat grill to 300 F.
- Spray large disposable foil baking pan with nonstick spray or create a tray out of regular foil.
- Layer pan with tortilla chips, beans, red onion and shredded cheese; grill 10-15 minutes until cheese melts. Watch carefully so mixture doesn't burn. Take pan off grill.
- Top nachos with your choice of toppings.
