Pesto, Burrata & Roasted Tomato Crostini

1 pint cherry tomatoes
L&B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Baguette
Basil pesto
Burrata cheese
Directions
- Heat your oven to 400 F.
- Empty cherry tomatoes onto a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 12-14 minutes.
- Slice baguette into ½-inch thick slices. Brush each one with olive oil and toast in the oven for 4-6 minutes. Remove from oven, then top each slice with pesto, Burrata and a roasted tomato.
