L&B Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
Pine nuts, toasted
Vinaigrette salad dressing of choice
Directions
- Using a vegetable peeler, thinly slice asparagus spears lengthwise into strips.
- Toss the asparagus strips with freshly shredded Parmesan cheese, toasted pine nuts and a dressing of your choice. (We used Salad Girl Blueberry Basil Organic Salad Dressing.)
