Ingredients
Artisan bread of choice
1 avocado
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
L&B Large Tail-Off Cooked Shrimp 41-50 CT
L&B Shrimp Seasoning
Pomegranate seeds
Directions
  1. Toast bread slices. Using a glass, cut toast rounds out of the slices.
  2. Smash avocado with the juice of half a lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Top toasts with the avocado spread.
  4. Season shrimp with shrimp seasoning. 
  5. Add to avocado toasts and top with pomegranate seeds.

EASY GRILLED VERSION: Start with raw shrimp instead of cooked. Place shrimp on skewers, sprinkle with seasoning and grill for 5-7 minutes, turning the shrimp halfway through. Then, continue assembling toasts as directed above.
