Tex Mex Chipotle Chili

Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2.5 pounds L&B Fresh 90% Lean Premium Ground Beef
2 cups small diced onions
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon L&B Ground Chipotle
1 cup L&B Smoky Pork Marinade
1 (28 ounce) can diced fire roasted tomatoes, drained
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies, drained
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef, onions, garlic, ground chipotle chile pepper and season with salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef browns and the onions soften, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Transfer the beef and vegetables to a slow cooker. Add the L&B Smoky Pork Marinade, tomatoes, chiles and black beans.
- Cook on low heat for 2 to 3 hours or until heated through. Enjoy!
- Leftover chili can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
