Venison Hot Honey Meatball Bowl
This recipe uses 97% fat free ground venison in place of traditional ground beef. Fossil Farms’ venison is sourced from New Zealand, where the venison are 100% grass-fed and never given antibiotics, hormones or steroids. The end result is a tender cut of meat with a mild, clean flavor profile without tasting gamey.
