Whipped Feta and Heirloom Tomato Toasts

L&B Six Seed Artisan Bread, sliced
8 ounces feta cheese
2 ounces whipped cream cheese
Heirloom tomatoes, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil, for drizzling
Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine feta with whipped cream cheese in a food processor; mix until creamy.
- Toast the artisan bread slices. Spread the cheese mixture on the toasted bread.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper to taste.
