L&B Six Seed Artisan Bread, sliced
8 ounces feta cheese
2 ounces whipped cream cheese
Heirloom tomatoes, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil, for drizzling
Pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Combine feta with whipped cream cheese in a food processor; mix until creamy.
  2. Toast the artisan bread slices. Spread the cheese mixture on the toasted bread.
  3. Top with sliced tomatoes and basil.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper to taste.
