Reserve aged in oak. Prior to bottling our VSOP or Very Superior Old Product balsamic vinegar, it is placed in old wooden brandy barrels purchased from producers in Italy. The aged wood imparts all the nuances and subtle flavors to the vinegar allowing it to rival the taste of any exquisite 20 year vinegar. Acidity 6 percent. Product of Italy. Packed in the USA.
