Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter, softened, plus more for greasing pan
¾ cup packed dark brown sugar
2 L&B Large Organic Brown Eggs, room temperature
5 medium, very ripe bananas
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
â…› teaspoons L&B Organic Ground Cinnamon
Directions
  1. Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, buttermilk, and vanilla.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients just until well combined.
  3. Spread batter into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2x4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until deep golden brown (about 65 minutes).
  5. Remove from pans, cool on a wire rack. Enjoy your delicious banana bread!
