Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Handful of fresh blueberries + more for topping
½ banana
½ avocado
½ cup plain yogurt
Juice from ½ a lemon
Squeeze of honey
SUGGESTED TOPPINGS: Chia seeds
Walnuts
Shredded coconut
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender or in an immersion blender cup, and purée until smooth
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. We used chia seeds, walnuts and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
