1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
5 nectarines
Velvet Bees Gourmet Honey Butter
Fresh thyme
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Bamboo skewers
Directions
- Heat grill to medium.
- Soak the skewers in water for 20 minutes.
- Cut the chicken into 2-inch pieces.
- Pit and cut the nectarines into quarters.
- Place the chicken and nectarines on separate skewers. Brush each with honey butter and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
- For the nectarines, grilled over direct medium heat for 5 minutes.
- For the chicken, grill over direct medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning 2-3 times until the meat registers an internal temperature of 165 F.
- Serve immediately.
