Cranberry Pomegranate Crostini
This colorful appetizer is wonderful way to kick off any holiday gathering!

Cranberry Pomegranate Crostini

Ingredients
1 L&B Baguette
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cranberries
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 - 3-ounce goat cheese log
Directions
- Cut baguette into slices and toast on a baking sheet in the oven.
- Next, mix together ½ cup finely chopped fresh cranberries, ¼ cup pomegranate seeds, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1½ teaspoons honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread each baguette slice with goat cheese and top with the cranberry pomegranate mixture. Add fresh orange zest over the top and serve.
