Ingredients
4 large avocados (about 2 pounds total)
1 cup finely chopped white onion
2 seeded and finely chopped serrano chili peppers (about 2 tablespoons),
¼ cup fresh lime juice + more to taste
1 ¼ teaspoons salt + more to taste
¾ cup pomegranate seeds (about 1 pomegranate)
¾ cup diced peeled mango
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Lime wedges, for garnish
Tortilla or plantain chips, for serving
Directions
  1. Halve, pit and peel the avocados. Coarsely mash in a bowl. 
  2. Stir in the onion, chili peppers, ¼ cup fresh lime juice and 1 ¼ teaspoons salt. 
  3. Fold in the pomegranate seeds, mango and cilantro. 
  4. Season with salt and additional lime juice. 
  5. Garnish with lime wedges. 
  6. Serve with plantain chips or tortilla chips.
